You're going to need an autoresponder to keep up with your subscribers, and to communicate with them. 

1ShoppingCart has unlimited autoresponders, as well as a lot of other tools- shopping cart, for example.  1ShoppingCart is where most marketers start, and it's usually all they need.  Just click on the banner-

 Another autoresponder service is called Aweber.  They only do autoresponders, but they do them better than anybody else.
