Another autoresponder service is called Aweber. They only do autoresponders, but they do them better than anybody else.

You can get a good open-source (free) audio editing software called Audacity HERE.
For a reasonably good word processor and a great PDF generator, use Open Office. It’s open-source and free. Click Here.
When I first started I used Microsoft Front Page to make my web pages. Today I have a full-time web person who uses Dreamweaver (and a bunch of other stuff), and Front Page was replaced by Web Expression. You can download 30-day trials of both if you want something ‘professional’: Dreamweaver || WebExpression.
A program that operates a lot like Front Page, and is free, called Nvu is here.
It really doesn’t matter which one you use, just make sure you stay up–to–date with software releases.
You will need a good screen capture utility to create tutorials. CamStudio is open-source and available for free download.
Camtasia is a professional product built for Windows though they have a version for Mac.
If you have Mac OS/X Snow Leopard, the included version of Quicktime does screen capture so you don't need additional software.
